I. Introduction
With the transformation of the global energy structure and the promotion of clean energy, wind power generation, as an important renewable energy, is gradually becoming the development focus of the power industry. As a key component of wind turbine, wind power forgings have a great impact on the environment. Circular economy, as a development model with the efficient utilization and recycling of resources as the core, can provide effective guidance for the sustainable development of wind power forging production. This paper will focus on the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system of circular economy.
Ii. Literature review
In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have extensively studied the circular economy in the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system. They mainly study from the theoretical framework of circular economy, energy saving and emission reduction technology of wind power forging production, production process optimization and so on. These research results provide a useful reference for further promoting the sustainable development of wind power forging production.
- Research methods
This paper uses literature analysis, case analysis and field investigation to analyze the application of circular economy in the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system. Firstly, the theoretical framework of circular economy and energy saving and emission reduction technology of wind power forging production are systematically reviewed to provide theoretical support for the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system. Iv. Results and Discussion
Through literature analysis and case studies, this paper draws the following conclusions: First, circular economy plays an important role in the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution; Secondly, enterprises in the implementation of circular economy wind power forging production process, there are still problems such as backward technical level, insufficient policy support and so on; Finally, in view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development of wind power forging production in circular economy.
V. Conclusion
This paper discusses the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system from the Angle of circular economy. Through literature review, research methods and field investigation, it is concluded that circular economy plays an important role in the construction and implementation of wind power forging production system, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution. However, there are still many problems in the actual operation of enterprises, and it is necessary for the government, enterprises and social parties to work together to strengthen technological innovation, policy support and publicity and promotion measures to achieve the sustainable development of wind power forging production.
