Research on standardization of production process of electric power fittings forgings

At present, domestic and foreign scholars have carried out some research on the standardization of the production process of electric power fittings forgings. In the production process, it mainly includes raw material procurement, forging, heat treatment, processing and inspection. In the procurement of raw materials, it is necessary to choose raw materials with stable quality and excellent performance to ensure the quality and performance of products. In the forging link, it is necessary to use advanced forging equipment and technology to control parameters such as forging temperature, speed and deformation degree to ensure that the shape and size of the product meet the requirements. In the heat treatment link, it is necessary to use a reasonable heat treatment process, control the heating temperature, time and cooling speed and other parameters, improve the mechanical properties of the material, improve the strength and toughness of the product. In the processing process, it is necessary to use advanced processing equipment and technology to control processing accuracy and surface quality to ensure product quality and performance. In the inspection process, it is necessary to use advanced testing equipment and means to carry out comprehensive testing and control of product quality and performance to ensure that products meet relevant standards and requirements.

However, at present, there are great differences in the production process of electric power tool forgings, and the lack of unified standards and specifications leads to problems such as unstable product quality and low production efficiency. This paper adopts the method of literature review and field investigation to study the standardization of the production process of electric power tool forgings. Firstly, the present situation and existing problems of the production process of electric power tool forgings are understood through literature review. Finally, the collected data and information are analyzed and sorted out, unified standards and norms are formulated, and the production process standardization scheme of electric power fittings forgings is proposed.

In response to the above problems, we propose the following production process standardization program for power fittings forgings:

Develop unified raw material procurement standards and specifications to ensure stable quality and excellent performance of raw materials.
The introduction of advanced forging equipment and process, control forging temperature, speed and deformation degree and other parameters, to ensure that the shape and size of the product meet the requirements.
Formulate reasonable heat treatment process standards and specifications, control heating temperature, time and cooling speed and other parameters, improve material mechanical properties, improve product strength and toughness.
Introduce advanced processing equipment and technology, control processing accuracy and surface quality, and ensure that products meet relevant standards and requirements.
Introduce advanced testing equipment and means to conduct comprehensive testing and control of product quality and performance to ensure that products meet relevant standards and requirements.
Through the implementation of the above production process standardization program of electric power tool forgings, it can effectively improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce production costs, and promote the healthy development of electric power tool forgings industry.
