Energy consumption prediction of bearing manufacturing enterprises based on grey theory

Based on grey theory, the energy consumption of bearing manufacturing enterprises is predicted in this paper. Firstly, the application background and advantages of grey theory in energy consumption forecast are introduced. Then, the concrete methods and steps of grey theory in energy consumption forecast are expounded in detail. Then, through the analysis of examples, the forecast results are discussed, and the potential and methods of energy consumption saving are discussed. Finally, the research results are summarized, and the application prospect and potential of grey theory in energy consumption forecast are pointed out.

Bearing manufacturing enterprises as a large energy consumption, its energy consumption forecast for improving the economic and environmental benefits of enterprises is of great significance. As an effective forecasting method, grey theory has been widely used in many fields. Based on grey theory, this paper will forecast the energy consumption of bearing manufacturing enterprises, in order to provide reference for energy management and energy saving and emission reduction of enterprises.

The application of grey theory in energy consumption forecast is mainly through the establishment of GM(1,1) model, processing and analyzing the historical data, so as to predict the future energy consumption trend. The specific steps are as follows:

Collect historical data: Collect energy consumption data of bearing manufacturing enterprises in the past period of time.

Data preprocessing: Clean and organize the data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data.

Build GM(1,1) model: Use grey theory to build GM(1,1) model to fit and analyze historical data.

Forecasting future energy consumption: Based on the model created, the energy consumption is projected for a future period of time.

Taking a bearing manufacturing enterprise as an example, the energy consumption data of the enterprise in the past year were collected, and the GM(1,1) model was established by using grey theory. Through the analysis and calculation of the model, the predicted result of energy consumption in the future is obtained. Finally, we can promote energy-saving technologies and products to improve the awareness and ability of enterprises to save energy.

Based on grey theory, the energy consumption of bearing manufacturing enterprises is predicted in this paper.
